For Sheffield in particular, having a GCSE in a modern foreign language isn't at all needed - although, of course it would be an advantage. I got a conditional offer without a GCSE in a modern foreign language and I got all C's at GCSE except for a B in English Language and Literature with BBB at AS-level so it's definitely doable. Just make sure you have a strong personal statement showing your passion and dedication. However, I would HIGHLY suggest you retake your English Language and Maths GCSEs and try to get a C otherwise I can't see you having much chance, I'm afraid. Hope I helped, lammy07.
