Parliament is disolves on the 23rd election starts 30th, results by the 7th and government by the 14th.

Government still governs, he is still PM.

There must always be a government (there is a difference between government and parliament) so he retains his position as PM until a new government is formed, if Cameron loses the election (but Miliband doesn't win a majority) then he will be expected to serve until Miliband can negotitate a deal with the other parties. Parliament has no power because the parliamentary session is over and there is no work left for it to do, I imagine that if WW3 broke out tomorrow and we decide that this parliament must be extended then it will be possible to recall it though.

Ashcroft's focus groups get better and better...

"The UKIP house is “a bit Hyacinth Bucket” and has “a wrought iron fence all round it to keep everyone out”. There is a flagpole in the garden and the local hunt is gathering outside. The ageing residents (who “don’t get on with their neighbours because they are a different colour”) are smoking heavily and “talking about how it was in their day”. The timer on the stereo is set to play the national anthem every day at noon."

Oh dear, I thought I was reading an incisive article about different parties views to living standards, I was then let down by finding some Joey Essex crap about the Liberal Democats. Bloody hell BBC, can you not do some good indepth coverage for one.

Eco-socalist... I've been to a few lectures reacently and they have convinced me of the need for governance, but they also backed my belief in a single world order.

A single world order is the only way we can fix the world.
we need policies to trust eachother and we don't trust other countries because we have no power over them so we need some global power to control all the countries.

ill take that as a yes...
