    Well done

I did some hardcore revision for comp3 today (about 4 hours), found it actually pretty easy to revise. Using past papers, YouTube, Wikibooks and MultiWingSpan. There are a lot of resources available.

    For everyone on the thread:

Opinion on setting up a WhatsApp chat group to ask questions and help each other? Obviously only worth it if there are several members
Might have to reinstall whatsapp for this ugh 😂

I got predicted 56/75 in COMP4. Do I still have a chance to get an A* overall, considering I got an A in AS?

If Comp3 was unusually hard and you got 100 UMS maybe yes.

    You mean unusually easy, right?

No, he means hard so that the boundaries for UMS are much lower.
If you were to get 60 UMS in COMP4 you would need 120 UMS in COMP3 (full marks)

I did a 'zigzag' paper today, and they asked questions about bubble sort, will it be likely to come up on comp3 as I thought it was more of a comp1 thing?

Yeah bubble sort can come up. Bubble sort is an О(n2) operation. Therefore a question could come up where they ask you to identify what time complexity a Bubble sort is or Quick Sort or another sorting algorithm.

They constantly ask about quick sort in Comp3, and they also give pseudo code of quick sort algorithms too.

The other one is insertion sort right? We only need to know them three?
