    I tried to reduce calories, average day before would be 3000-3500

    need to lower carbs, up protein

    my training partner used to tease me about not training legs then he understood lol

    he still trains legs / squats but he can't keep up my with volume / short rest periods for upper body

    Cell tech means I can train twice day & cardio twice

    & keep calories ~2000

    I'm deliberately keeping my calories low, but not TOO low

    I know 2,000 sounds like nothing, and it is but I have a very slow metabolism

    so I'm trying to readjust my body by bringing it back as low as practical, then slowly bring it back up to 2,500 or so when full on dieting

    no, the issue is, most people can't afford the real swiss stuff

    so they get the supermarket version which is 20pc the price

    I have tried the supermarket version, got a bad cough, not a fan
