    There have been several attempts there's actually an organization set up to arrest him called arrest Blair if somebody arrests him successfully they get 10k

    Wouldn't have been legitimate anyway, he would have been released as soon as the police arrived. You have to have witnessed the crime to be able to make a citizen's arrest, and I doubt that Blair was witnessed by that man committing war crimes.

    Again, not legitimate, definitely in that case given that the kid will have been so young when the invasion happened that even if he had witnessed the event it would not stand, that, and it being 11 years after the fact, I might be mistaken, but I also think citizen's arrests have to be directly after the event, not years later.

    Yeah , But it was still an attempt ( which wouldn't of been successful anyway )
