I guess both afterlife and eternity on Earth,
Would you like to experience either?
Only on Earth, provided I don't age after a certain point(like20/30 maybe).

It would probably get incredibly boring after a while so no
That is always a main reason against eternal life. And it is always right. If life is endless, everything what people can do is limited.

The whole concept of the afterlife and living for eternity used to excite me when I was a young girl but now the whole idea of living for eternity, not only confuses me but it doesn't sound very satisfying to me anymore. And if I was giving the chance to live in a paradise for ever i doubt i would be entirely happy there anyway. The idea that I would be doing pretty much the same thing daily would suck the life out of me and would bring no meaning in life. I guess that having a limited time in life gives us motivation to fufil your dreams in a given time?

So, what do you think of living for eternity?
Most likely no. If you think about it you wouldn't have energy to get out of bed and struggle to do pretty much anything.

it would be horrible to watch everyone you've ever loved die i don't even want to outlive my kids haha. and i wouldn't want to live forever without any possibility to socialise either, so it's a no either way

Yeah,so the only people choosing this would likely be sociopaths, psychopaths and virgin type men hoping to finally have sex.

I would long since have jumped into one of the black holes. Either I die, at which point problem solved, or I find out what the inside of a black hole is like, which would be its own reward.

Depends. Am I living for eternity at my current age of 20, or when I'm 90? Because who wants to live for eternity at 90? An eternity of ******** and pissing your pants. An eternity of not being able to walk properly. An eternity of not having sex? An eternity of awfulness?!

There's that Greek myth about the guy who petitioned the gods for eternal life, and received it, but because he didn't also ask for eternal youth, he eventually got so wizened and wrinkled and crooked that he turned into a cricket.

If I was the only one in my family/friend circle who was offered this, then no.
Simply because, I would have to watch everyone that I love and care for die.

And to me, that is a fate worse than death.

    So no thank you

Not as Clark Kent he can't, because it's his secret identity. Only as Superman

It will end so you won't find out

Paradise is whatever you want it to be. You could:

Meet ancestors and descendants (although I guess that it'd be weird if you were all in your bodies as they were at death (i.e. you'd look older than your ancestors))
    Learn
    Play
And then there'll probably be an option to just switch off and reset, until you come back without any problems about staying alive.

    Black holes are singularities. Unless...

You get absorbed by infinite gravity and enter a new universe. (BTW you would literally be frozen there from the perspective of anyone in the first universe watching you (time dilation (watch Interstellar)))

No. You'd fall in love, marry and have kids and then watch them grow old and die. The same for any friends you make. To experience that over and over over all time could be horrible.

He could still fly as Clark Kent - presumably he could fly so fast that nobody would even see him.

Although I guess if he did that his civilian clothes might burn off due to air friction.
