    I don't get upset that often, but it either goes two ways for me;
    1) I'll just carry on with work as normal, but wont eat anything for ages
    2) I'll go biking or (heaven forbid) have a laugh with my sister

    Go for a 2-4hr walk and try and discover places, I did that yesterday and it didn't end up healing me temporally. It ended up with me getting nostalgic when I encountered a place I went to when I was 9 and then another place I went to at 10 than 11 which lead be to contemplate suicide in the most "rational" way.
