I think what bmi considers underweight generally isn't.

There are extremes but to go by BMI is wrong imo, I think for a girl thats 5,5 when she starts going under under 95lbs it becomes a bit too much.
95lbs is really unhealthy for anyone who is 5'5... at 95lbs I hadn't had my period in over a year, was fainting regularly, had an irregular heartbeat (and pulse of about 40 on a good day), you could see my ribcase/pelvis through my back, my body temp was extremely low and I was growing lanugo from malnutrition

there is a reason the NHS advise a BMI of 18.5+

    I'm happy with my body.

Tbh I compare myself to Alexis Ren and Bianca Booth.
bear in mind that you're just never going to have the same body type at 5'5 as someone who's 5'11 and tbh there are very few people who will be able to maintain a BMI that low healthily... tall girls are also at an advantage as to be very thin they can still weigh like 50+kg whereas to be that thin at 5'5 you'd need to be 5-10kg less, so they can eat more calories to maintain

I really don't think you should be losing anymore weight. I'm the same height as you and I'm around 65kg, and I'm thin enough. (Bloody thighs and ass though, so much muscle).

I say hit the gym. Weight training has really started to tone out my legs etc from doing that. Also have a look at what you're eating.

Truthfully, I was 45kg yesterday(not because I wanted to lose weight). I had a headache and felt unwell from it idk.

Thanks I want to work out more. I've started to look at what i'm eating. I've cut out junk food.

Do you get headaches often? Do you find that they stop you from eating?

Yeah, junk food. I miss that. I have it from time to time, but try not to.

    I got a headache because I didn't eat very much yesterday. I No, I just feel tired(Vitamin D deficiency) and weak a lot. When I have a headache I sometimes can't eat.

Ah, just wondering. I'm anemic and on a few meds, so I get headaches a lot, and they sometimes stop me eating
