The problem with that article is that the majority of Arsenal fans are not asking for Usamanov to take £100m out of his own pocket and let Arsene spend it. All we want is the owner(s) of the club (whether that be Kroenke, Red and White or anyone else) to allow the manager to spend some of the the clubs own money that the BOD have been accumulating for years.
Wenger agrees with that money being withheld and Wenger will spend it this summer

im just wondering if usmanov invests money, is it up to him how its spent or will kroenke decide because hes majority shareholder?

They're ripping Arsenal on Sunday Supplement, one of them I can't remember said: "Arsenal are just another team you have to beat to win the title"
Those plebs do a piece on us every week, seemingly.

chelsea losing this and drawing with spurs would be great for us to get third so we go automatically into the group stages instead of the pesky qualifiers which lost us mata

Funny stories I just saw on Twitter:

That story reminded me of the one about Kolo Toure. You guys have probably heard it before, but here it is:

So, Wenger is recommended a young Ivorian player, Kolo Toure, by his long-time friend, associate and then academy director of ASEC Mimosas Jean-Marc Gillou. Wenger, having always trusted the judgement of Gillou, agrees to give the player a short trial. So the trial begins, and although Toure is by no means doing badly, he's playing somewhat within himself, most likely due to the different nature of his surroundings and the calibre of player he's facing. One of the many french speaking players at the club (perhaps Henry) notices this and tells young Kolo that if he wants to stand any chance of securing a contract with Arsenal, he's going to have to give a bit more of himself - his true self. Further on into the trial period, Kolo heeds this advice: a ball is launched into the air and is going out of play, but Kolo's focus is purely on the ball and nothing else, so he careers after it at full pace. The boss, standing on the sidelines and on whose decision Kolo's future depends, traps the outgoing ball with his leg, but still, Kolo continues his course. The ball is now firmly at the boss's feet - but not for long. Kolo steams into Wenger with full power and sends him, as well as the ball, flying into the air and landing him unceremoniously on his arse. The rest of the players and staff are stunned, surely thinking that Kolo has now ruined any chance he had of getting himself a contract. There's a tense silence as Wenger gingerly gets himself upright again. To everyone's surprise, and to Kolo's relief, a beaming grin appears on the boss's face: "Yes," announces the boss. "I think we can go to war with this one!" Kolo Toure signs for Arsenal for a fee of £150,000 and goes on to make over 300 appearances for the club.

Love that story! And at heart, Kolo's still a Gooner.
