    Sure!
    The release of cytokines following the final stages of T-lymphocyte Clonal Selection - will only activate the B-lymphocytes with the presence of the T-helper cells.
    Taking an educated inference, this would involve the T-helper cells administering the cytokine-antibody communication triggering a series of chemical reactions - which will then stimulate the mitotic division into plasma production.

    I just used my knowledge on cell signalling and pieced a logical thought together!

    FACTORS:
    - Poverty, poor hygiene awareness, homelessness;
    - The habitat that were around regularly - work, school.
    - International connections - holiday travelling to specific countries increases your chances of transmission.
    - Weakened immune system from other contributory factors.
