    How did you do?
6A*'s and 5A's, got A*'s in maths, biology, chemistry, physics, art (100% woo!!) and product design
then A's in english lit, lang, igcse english lang, history and r.s.

the english lang is one mark off an A* so going for a remark

    how about youuuu?

Then it's £6.85 for a clerical check, which is where they check that all the paper has been marked and that the marks were totalled up correctly. They'll also check whether any necessary adjustments were made. This is obviously not the same as remark. It may be worth having a clerical check done first. I know my older brother had one of his GCSE papers totalled up incorrectly by five marks; it moved him up a grade.

To have it remarked by an examiner will be £33.65.

    You can see more here.

Both of mine are AQA too.
    Alright, thanks! :-)
Do you know how you go about getting a remark?

I'm so incredibly happy right now. I got 10 A*s today, to add to the 2 A*s in Year 10. So all my GCSEs are A* overall!!!!! Even in English, where I had to spend hours and hours afterschool redoing pieces of CA just to go up in marks

The school should do it for you. Speak to the examinations officer.

I doubt you'll be the only one after a remark.

I'm so upset about French and I don't know if I can deal with the stress of a remark. I can't believe it - 0.4% off an A! :'(

Ah but if you don't go for a remark, that 0.4% may continue to bug you.

    Only you can decide though.

I think it's usually by the 20-something of September.

You can always ring the school, when they're back, and check with them.

You have finished school so you probably would have to go to school to find out,I have a maths teacher in my school, who I particularly like, that normally resolves my raw mark queries.I will be finding out what raw mark,I got for maths unit 2 from him because I got 100% UMS so my mark is between 57 and 66.
