    ._. PUO is a finding, the intended context being after examination before any investigations were done.

    The point I was trying to make was that pyrexia is more pro sounding than fever. At not point did I suggest it was a diagnosis or professional sounding....The very fact that I've put, UNKNOWN ORIGIN, shows the diagnosis is not yet clear, you imbecile.

    Let's leave it here, take your mithering elsewhere please.
