Data plane packets go through the router, whereas control plane packets are local to the router, so to speak? Testing my very basic understanding of networking, since I don't study it until next year Plus I think we're slightly derailing the thread!
It's correct and yea, I think we are.. I need to visit the CompSci thread soon anyway, regarding bash scripting.

Never knew Oxford had a networking module.

Nothing so far. Only literally just started practicing lol

    Any advice for a newbie?
Make sure you've chosen the right language.

Make sure you have the right resources.

Make sure you actually enjoy programming.

If you tick all three of those then you're set to go!

If anyone wants to study something similar or something (yes I know it's tsr but just in case there's someone here who might do it ) and wants to know more about the course.

    Edit:

    Some background

    - I went to University of the Arts London (anyone interested or have a question about UAL and specifically LCC I'll try to answer)

    -Got a 2:1

-Considering variety of things to do next

Didn't like the job I was offered. I had a preference for something else. Plus my husband and me are trying for a baby so bit undecided with the whole career thing.
