I took my bench into the garden to work out yesterday. I got told that I was a **** for doing it. Not sure why. I wanted more space. Seems fine to me. If neighbours perve over the fence then that's their choice.

Not sure why I'm wasting time with this troll post. But if you paid attention in biology, you'd know that proteins and steroids are two completely different macromolecules. Your post is on par with the people who talk about turning their fat into muscle...it is simply complete rubbish.

For some reason have a feeling a lot of people are under reporting their weight to make it look as if they can lift a lot relative to their size

What do you guys to for shoulders?

    I've been doing:
    Dumbbell seated press 4x10
    Upright Rows 4x10
    Side raises 4x10
    front raises 4x10
    Rear delt machine 4x10
    Shrugs 4x10

Feeling pretty good but progress has stalled recently, wondering whether to add an Arnold Press etc?

Yeah get Military Press in for sure, my workout is similar to yours though (Military Press, Side and Front Raises and Shrugs/Seated Shoulder Press).

Yeah have always wanted to incorporate but after the OHP my shoulders feel pretty ****ing destroyed so might come down on the weight there and add a few sets of military press.

Shoulder day is the GOAT workout though, really feel like im getting dat burn. Second is chest followed by back.

Legs and Arms are poverty days imo

Yeah shoulders feel the most burn for me too. Then probably legs. These two take the longest for me to recover.

Yea do that too sometimes but normally I prefer to do chest alone and then youve got triceps hanging about so I just throw it in with biceps
