For 8b) How many marks would i get for getting the correct tangents for both points P and Q, setting them equal but getting the coordinates incorrect?
Wild guess at 5. 4 for the tangents and perhaps a method mark for equaling them to each other and trying to solve.

M1 grade boundaries are of most importance as to whether or not you get an A. Looking at past ones, you should end up with a low A in core and a solid A in FM, but I think it will be close. (If you can get an A in both it will be with M1 in with Maths; if not, you'll be looking at AB in Maths, Further Maths I reckon)
7. Boundaries are the same as last year, 62 for an A, so does that mean I'll need 69 for 90 ums ?
