    Muscle ups on rings.....sounds a lot like CrossFit Can you bench 130kg?

    130kg is the most iv done so far maybe 135kg now if im lucky

    If I trained then yes. Not with my current build. I've only been training for bodyweight exercises. I argue less people can do front levers than bench 130kg. Do you know what a front lever is? Can you do it? Super hard! Check it out on youtube

    Edit: I can also hang off both my middle fingers by the finger tips and do 10 pullups. Can you do that? Finger pullups? :cool:

    Never even heard of it aha, my training is mostly of the bodybuilding sort so not much of the 'functional' movements.

    Congrats on being able to do that, looks solid. No chance i could, shoulders are ****ed from training like a retard when i started and from playing rugby.
