Lord Heratio Nelson.
His victory over the French ensured our continued rule for the next century or so. -

'Churchill, who knew nothing about finance, became Chancellor of the Exchequer'
'Churchill's budgets were only balanced by sleight of hand'
'Churchill made every possible blunder during the crisis [referring to the shameless Hoare-Leval Pact]'
There are a hundred more, but one which really proves my point;
'The British People did not doubt Churchill was the best War time Prime Minister they could have. Henceforth, they accepted him despite his faults. They expected mistakes, and he made many' and a subsequent analysis of his failure to admit responsibility for the authorization of mass bombings.
As I said, no doubt a hero of the war, but not a savior nor a great man in any other perspective.
(Psst. You spelled saviour incorrectly. That's you ruled out!) -

Churchill was an evil racist who would have been put on trial for war crimes if Germany had won
Do you realise that?
He didn't win anything. He was a fat coward who spent a lot of his time hiding in Canada.
British people you respect a man who pushed Britain into a war with Germany and being in the pocket of wealthy Jewish donors...
Who sold out and sided with the real terror, the Soviet Union who inflicted a lot more suffering on Europe
Churchill said it himself he made a deal with the devilLast edited by 2nite; 29-10-2015 at 22:01.
