Not osmosis, mate - It's diffusion! Should have done biology and chemistry too.
Whoospies. I didn't even do Bio or Chem at GCSE.

No, it's the same textbook along with the same topics. IALs aren't really consistently more difficult than GCE papers, sometimes they're easier in comparison. It really depends on Edexcel's mood from what it seems.
    Seems plausible then

    (Original post by Zacken)
Yeah, I am. I don't have a textbook. Calibre of international applicants tend to be slightly higher than calibre of home applicants, necessitating slightly harder papers. Although I've seen the odd home paper be harder than an IAL paper (not for FP2, but for other papers) so I can't comment on FP2.
    Fair enough.

I just finished 40 questions on complex numbers from TeeEm's workbook...
    Is TeeEm the madasmaths guy.

    Also gj :P

Done all the earlier stuff on complex numbers, can't wait to do loci.

lmao I was going to say this - no partially permeable membrane.

However its not as if molecules can transfer via tsr Lol

Yep, that's him! You should consider doing them if you've run out of questions. I always do them before I start papers.

Loci aren't too bad; the most tedious part of the chapter is definitely de Moivre's. Not a difficult chapter by any means. You done with ODEs?

Thanks for the advice, never not enough to do tbh.

de moivres was fine for me. I think if I can master loci and polar coordinates I should be in a great position for 100

Yes ODEs was simple, similar to core 4 in someways.

Haha, I only did biology to gcse :/

Prob "otherwise" for ppl like Renzhi who do this sh** using some first principle black magic
Lol the or otherwise is for a method of considering the sum x^r and integrating twice I reckon. But x=1 so weird.
