1. (Original post by Maliha01)
Did people get 4 for the propotionality constant
i got 1/4

because 1/2+x + 1/2-x = 4/(2+x)(2-x)

but when integrating the differential equation you have intergal 1/(2-x)(2+x) dx which means you have to divide by 4 so you get an equation like likes 1/4 * (4/(2+x)(2-x)) which you can intergrate it as 1/4 Integral 1/(2+x) + 1/(2-x) dx
2. I got theta as just 45 degrees
3. Theta for that trig question was 90 and 26 for me
4. (Original post by HFancy1997)
can somebody confirm theta is 26? im not 100percent sure

Posted from TSR Mobile
I got that
5. I got 26 for theta too
6. if i messed up the first vector distance question will i get ecf
7. There goes my A*.
**** my life.
8. wasnt there only one solution for tan(theta) = 1/2
9. (Original post by liverpool2044)
if i messed up the first vector distance question will i get ecf
If you worked AG again in later parts. You should've got them right. if you used the same values, you may lose the A marks and should get the rest.
10. in the range 0 < theta < 180
11. What did we have to do for Q6? That question was just horrible and I hated the comprehension paper also
12. (Original post by jaseho98)
That was ridiculously hard
Agreed
13. Any idea for grad boundaries?
I needed 85/100 ums in that paper for A* overall.
14. Some numbers i saved on my calculator:

0.811 (think this might of been K in last question?)
16/3
26.565
56.04 (the angle?)
5sqrt(2) (length?)

and for the comprehension:

104.5m
11.35 degrees
15. hardest c4 ever done, anyone agree?

i feel the grade boundaries will be very low

i got 252/300 last year, and 2 85% in other modules what will i need for an a in this
16. Guys what did you do for the last 4 marker on the comp about percentages.

Since it said 'about right' I just classed the 70 and 80 together then went on through there.
17. I gave two extra solutions for the trig solve question how many marks will i lose. I gave answers from 0-360

All correct.

1)Root10cos(theta+1.249)
Invalid because4/root10 is bigger than 1
2)P=2,Q=-2
3)Theta=90,26.565
4)volume=16Pie/3
6)Area was 8
7)Length 5root2
-Q(12/5,8/5,2)
Ratio 3:2
8)Constant of proportionality was 1/4
and k=0.811

Not sure about any others? They were mainly show thats werent they?

20. How many marks do you think you need to get for average 90 ums. I did fine on c3, c4 papers but messed up the comprehension so badly. I wouldn't be surprised if I got half marks on it.
