Both Easter and Christmas have been commercialized - Ramadan hasn't.
    Tell that to Tesco's.

They've been advertising vegetable oil and Elephant Atta non-stop.

Why do you call it Tescos? I hear people say it like that a lot. Isn't it just Tesco?

Nearly everyone around me calls it Tescos.

    I'm just saying it wrong.

I Don't get what you mean, since when do we actually care? (as non-Muslims)

During Christmas and St. George's day we put up decorations and see loads of TV commercials that remind us of the holiday but the same doesn't happen during Ramadan, not in England at least maybe in Muslim countries.

I care about knowing when Ramadan is so I don't accidentally stick my foot in it by telling a Muslim friend to "go and have a nice cup of tea" when they're fasting (could that be more British?) but I don't think that many people do care about it to be honest. Beyond the usual curiosity (it's only daylight hours right? do the sick and old have to? etc.) I don't think most non-Muslims really care...

Then why the hell do we make such a big deal about, Christmas, and Easter and St Patrick's day. Stfu.
Because they are part of the cultural heritage of these lands. Ramadan is not.
