15, we can do this

edit: though for rule clarification does it add 10 in that particular post or are you supposed to add 10 in the next, in which case you would say 13, I would say 14 and we would go to 0...
urr so its 16 next.. right?
EDIT: XOR_ said it's 16

well by the logic of the previous poster it would be 26

idek

and then this would be 27 -> 37 and the next 38 (or 0 if a spaced person posts)

but I am not sure how the rule was intended..

we need official assistance

The +10 would be additional to the usual +1, so it doesn't interfere with the odd even progression,

so if you post 3, I'd post 14

--2 *safe*
-----3 *bridge* (post by spaced user)
--14 *safe*

therein your post would act like a bridge between the previous *safe even post*
and my now *safe even post*

essentially 13 1 20 8 42 you would have to post when you see an odd number and it would reset to 0.

If that makes sense.

well your post would be 16 *safe*
13 1 20 8 42 's post would be 17 *bridge*

and my post
would be
28 *safe*

/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

after that if you were to post 29 *unsafe* and 13 1 20 8 42 responded before a non-spaced player did with 30 it would then be 0
