Oh and don't take a picture with a hotter guy on your wall, makes you look even worse. Though I must say I like the fact that you have a back to the future poster And a sweet looking girl on your wall too, how cute.

And er.. use those weights on the floor.

And don't drink those big bottles of coke - EVIL.

then don't buy the things for the minute. go shopping, take pictures and show us on here and you can get an idea of what people generally think suits/flatters you. then when you do have some money you might be confident enough to go out and buy things?
actually, i'm sure you can set up a donation thing online. my cousin did it for a boob job. i'd give you couple of quid towards a new clothes fund :p:
didn't you just spend £60 on a haircut though? or was that a treat? maybe just don't cut your hair for a bit...
I usually dont have my hair cut for around 4 months but it seems to age me. And yeah thought I needed a image change so got my hair cut.

I think yeah maybe I was ripped off as I was told on the phone £30 for a cut and dye, and im sure she said that when I went to till but then I said "I have a student discount card" and then she said £60

I do?
Well, if you don't, I'm surprised you haven't met the person on your course who's exactly the same as you.

can you donate to my clothes fund too? :flutter: I bought a 160 quid karen millen dress today. I am current;y impovrished.

My hand was actually shaking as I entered my PIN.
lol, you clearly don't need the help you dress like a pro. i thought that dress would look lovely on you btw.

I bought a £25 dress yesterday and I too, was shaking as I entered my pin. been so long since I bought anything from anywhere but ebay, £25 seems like a small fortune to me.

i'd agree with that, but a little shorter. do you have any photoshop skills, EH? you could try putting different hairstyles on your face to see what suits.

Normally I do, and pay about £7 but thought a professional would do it better and know what would suit me.

If you really want to lose weight you're probably better off speaking to the guys in the fitness forum rather than a TSR weight watchers. Sorry if that offends anybody.

I'm sure I read that you do Rugby, not the best sport for weight loss....so you probably don't lose much weight playing it.

Earl, you can look as good as you want to. All it takes is effort. You have to try new things and take advice from different people.

For starters, if you want to lose weight you should exercise loads...not just dieting. That's one thing I usually see girls complaining about (not saying you do the same, i don't know)...but they complain that they don't eat much but still put weight on..yet they wouldn't think to do exercise!
I'm no expert, but i'm pretty sure if you want to lose weight you shouldn't be lifting weights, you only build more muscle up and get heavier. That'll only work if you build up enough muscle to increase your metabolism...so that you burn off your fat quicker...but that takes a long time to do that. I'm not 100% on what I just said though, and somebody will come and slaughter me i'm sure. But search past threads in Fitness, or create a thread if you're still stuck. They're smart guys. Also get diet advice.
Make rules, no eating after 8. 9 at a max. I used to eat as late as you and it really doesn't help.

With the fashion, take more notice of it. TSR is fantastic. People will help you. Maybe you could talk to people on here and learn. Spending £150 on a suit or £60 on a haircut won't guarantee a good result.
Also, I agree with the others...contacts are probably better...and you have a round face like me. I need height on my hair to stretch my face a little, I used to have it pretty much all shaved off....my head was so round and white...I looked like an absolute penis for most of my life. Growing my hair is literally the best move I ever did. You may find it works for you.

It may sound like everybody's being harsh. But you asked for honest opinions and here they are. I've gone through a similar process myself. It boots confidence. I promise you that. You're by no means an ugly guy. Don't believe anybody who tells you differently.
Good luck.
