For the question regarding the addition of the acid to the jelly, could you say that the jelly becomes less sweeter, instead of saying it makes it more sour?

For the multiple choice , which one isn't chiral I put B , the ring alkane with a methyl group?

I concur

For the outliers, I said that some of B may have reacted and therefore increased the rate?

I said that

What about the 3/4 marker saying why the aspic acid or whatever will give a bigger yield if temp is decreased?

I put that, because the groups on either side are the same?

Yup, for MgCl2

I got D for that one (not sure about the value). -1921+(2x-340) or something for the calculation :/

For least suitable gaseous phase, what was it?

Oxygen or Carbon dioxide

I put CO2 but I've just looked online and I think it's O2

Yeah, you got the same as me! I threw it into google and checked

I put CO2 because oxygen, Nitrogen and the other one were all suitable idk?

co2 doesnt react with them
the only non-suitable gas is oxygen

I got my entropy all wrong (a negative total) so my answer to that would be all wrong.
Which one increased the equilibrium yield of CN? I swear they were trying to catch us trying to make us pic KCN because that's what we learn but I actually chose KOH because of the way OH reacting with H and therefore equilibrium moves to right ? Or maybe the answer is KCN?

What did you guys say a reason for the data being useful? I said because [X] changes so it tells you whether or not [X] has an effect on the rate?

I said reliability #FailingAtTryingToReplicatejune2014answers

Yayyy, I got something right in multiple choice

I put that too but it was just a guess lol cba after a while

No no, the -3 was just because I probably made more errors!

Ahhh okay haha, thought I'd left out something!!!

What did you guys get for Kp in multiple choice?? 0.5 something or 0.67?
And the no. moles of the NO2 before that?

I chose KCN because we add KCN to provide sufficient CN in nuc. Add reactions.
