Is anyone else getting this message on the final screen:

The availability of your choices may change between now and when you pay and send your application to UCAS. You can finalise them up until just before you pay and send your application to UCAS

Just wanted to know if it was just me, becuase it's not letting me pay/send and I don't know why.
Yeh, same. I think it's because we have to wait until our references come back!
Edit: In fact, I found this: "You can only pay for and send your application once each section is marked as 'complete' and both references have been received."

For work experience, it's exactly what it says - any experience of working, be it volunteering or paid.

Mine has gone in. The only thing it won't let me is pay/send - there is a tick in the box, but I can't click on it "The availability of your choices may change between now and when you pay and send your application to UCAS. You can finalise them up until just before you pay and send your application to UCAS."
    Go on the references page

Is anyone trying to apply to Hertfordshire Secondary English PGCE? Their site says they offer it, but it's not coming up as a drop-down option on the apply process.

I'm listing all my modules - but will probably add the % of it... if you can use the % button.... not being able to use colons etc is annoying as they are in my unit names!

I added GCSE science double award to the box about your GCSE requirements - I got AA for it and the requirement is a C in one... but the form is telling me on the 'check form' page that I don't meet the science requirement for any of my choices!!! HELP!!! I don't want it to show up like that to the providers... they will automatically reject me! Shall I just list one GCSE there and then list the other in the other list? Just seems silly as double award is an option :/

Same. But then I think, well I've been planning it for ages and I don't think there's anything I could do differently given more time. So...

    EXCITING!

The nicest thing to wake up to today - someone has stolen £100 from me via stupid ebay purchases on paypal. I'm going mad with the application, not really understanding what I'm going to be doing with it, and my personal statement isn't quite right. I am on 'that week' to top it all off. Hideous day.
I think I might leave the application for the weekend because this is just not a good mindset to tackle something like it in. =/
Why do people have to buy Arsenal jackets and 360 headphones with my money?! Why can't they use their own?!!!

Oh no this is awful . I think you are right to wait until the weekend or maybe Friday night so you can properly sit down with everything in a better frame of mind.

    Hope you are ok xx

Nearly done. Although looking at my GCSE and A-levels results in the clear light of day... quite worried!!! I have a BSc and a PgCert, along with working for about 8 years and competing in sports. I know it's way too late now but do you think I will be judged on some exams I took 12-15 years ago?!

Your GCSEs can't be as bad as mine! But then, I also took mine a long time ago (about 17 years ago) and obviously I have changed since. I've redone my GCSEs, well, the ones necessary to get in to ITT. Don't worry about it! It was a long time ago! As long as you have the ones required of you, then you have a chance.

They aren't that bothered about A-Level results and as long as you have a C in the required subjects. Don't worry xx

I knew they probably wouldn't be, but when you are looking at them... Cs and Ds for GCSE and Ds and Es for A-level..... it does make you freak out a bit. I know there is nothing I can do about it, but still . Right just need to get my degree transcript for my modules and then I'm done.

Work experience. I just listed my employment, dates and responsibilties. I didn't put the school down as I was only there for two weeks. Is this the same as everyone else has done?

Can someone please please explain whether UCAS is for the postgraduate PGCE applications, or am I in the wrong place?

I'm a graduate trying to apply for postgrad PGCEs and was directed to UCAS (last year it was ggtr) but every single time I try to type in my choice of uni code it says 'INVALID COURSE CODE'. I've been trying all morning and am so frustrated!

Have you selected the course code from the search box.

    It will be something like

X400 or X103 or something like that.

And yes UCAS TEACHER TRAINING, you are in the right place .

I really should stop writing on here and get on with my own application lol

Probably not very important. A uni PGCE PS guide actually said avoid using phrases like that so you'll probably be fine. I haven't used anything like it.

PS formatting is awful. I had to cut out 6 lines.
