He's retirement age and his contract is expiring
He'll sign a new contract, if the board are willing, and I'm sure they will be.

I think he'll have to win the league or at the very least mount a serious challenge. If he doesn't that's 4 years with nothing more than the FA Cup despite having plenty of money available, in which case it seems like the right time to make a change.

But then a lot of people say Arsenal's board don't care as long as they keep getting top 4, so who knows.

Yes, I think for the board at least he's a very safe choice. Given what's happening at the other big clubs I don't think they'll be that keen to replace him so long as he is happy to keep going.

I think Arsenal have a great chance to win the PL this season and if they do then maybe Wenger retires on a high?

I think Leicester can do it! If they can add a little more depth in their squad in January they can do it! It would be really nice to see them as champions and chelsea relegated.

I reckon it will end (ambitious i know but hey you never know):

    Leicester
    Arsenal
    Man Utd
    Man City
    Tottenham

    Relegated: Aston Villa, Chelsea, Bournemouth

Wenger has nothing outside football, and thats why he wont want to leave on a high, he'll always want one more roll of the dice. It's like he said, SAF had his horses, Arsene has just football, he lives, breathes, eats and sleeps football.

Not sure how likely it is, but I agree it would be great. A nice slap in the face for the rich clubs and their players too.

Yes, I think so too. I think Wenger will want to stay until he physically can't do it anymore. A title would be a high, of course, but for him it would probably just be the next step. He'd always want to improve from where he is at, he's that kind of person.

This might sound extremely bitter but I don't think Leicester have really played any good attacking sides yet, bar Arsenal. I know they've played nearly everyone in the league which is exactly my point, Man Utd are ****e in attack and so are Chelsea. Next few games against Everton, Man City and Liverpool will show their true top four credentials. They won't win the title.

I doubt any club besides Arsenal would have kept Wenger as the manager despite 8 trophy less years. That said, if he won us the league this year and left us in a good place for the new manager (unlike others have done) those 8 years will have been worth it.

Wenger and the board knew that it would be exceptionally difficult to win the league in the time that we spent building the stadium and paying it off. What Wenger has done is absolutely remarkable, I really hope he wins the title so people can actually realise this..
