I got 12 years because the original mass was 80g and it reduced to 10g in 36 years, 1 half life would be 40g, 2 half lives would be 20g and 3 half lives would be 10g. So 36/3 = 12
    Yh i got 12years too

what did people put for the comparison of xrays and ultrasound? i wrote about their advantages and disadvantages but felt like it wasnt enough?? 👎
I put that ultrasounds can be used for pre-natal scans and breaking down of kidney/gall stones and they are safe so no precautions are necessary when administering them.
The x-rays are used for CT scans, checking for broken bones and to treat cancer but because they are ionising precautions need to be taken and these are by focusing and aiming the beam precisely so that they damage as few healthy cells as possible and the person administering the treatment leaves the room so that they're not affected by the x-rays.

Was I wrong to mention momentum?

The roots of education are bitter, however the fruit is sweet.
No it was about momentum. U had to mention that seat belts slow down the rate of change of momentum . Therefore less of an impact

Looking through the aqa website these are the grade boundaries from previous years
    P2:
    2014: a* - 44 a - 36
    2013: a* - 41 a - 35
    2012: a* - 41 a - 33

    P3
    2014: a* - 45 a - 40
    2013: a* - 41 a - 38

So even though both papers seemed to be relatively simple I don't think the grade boundaries will actually go too high because they've been relatively consistent and P2 and P3 are considered the more complicated papers (at least compared to P1)
Hopefully grade boundaries aren't too high but I'm feeling reasonably confident - i counted through my marks at the end and if I'm lucky I should get around 52 for P2 and 46 for P3

There was a question where it was like "What effect does this experiment show?"
Am I the only person who put, The Motor Effect?
Nope, I put that as well. Pretty sure it's right though because you had to use Flemings left hand rule in the question before which is about the motor effect not EM induction.
