    I reckon i'll get 4 workouts in before I'm away for a month... so, I reckon i'll try to fit some 1rms in somewhere and get some PB's.

    Really want to hit 150 dead - we'll see

    Haven't been to sleep then went to gym on caffeine pills... was interesting

    Squat 112.5 5 3 3 2 - really need to get depth
    Dead 135 4.5 - got the 5th to knees then couldnt lockout

    I'm thinking when I finish SS (which won't be long, looking at recommended figures...
    Squat 1RM i havent tested but i reckon i could get 120 which is roughly 150% BW
    Bench 1RM i havent tested because i wouldn't trust people in my gym with a sack of potatoes I reckon could be around 80 which is BW
    Dead 1RM im testing soon, hopefully 150 (I know not 2xBW but close)

    Anyway i've said it before i'll say it again i'm not interested in strength training, i'm thinking ill move onto Lyle McDonalds generic bulking routine.

    piss poor session, my knees felt ****ed

    Bench 75 x2 x2 x2 - i reckon if i had a spotter i could have got 3 - 65 x4 x4

    Squat 105 x3 x3 x3 - as i said, knees didnt work

    Squat 100 5 3 3 this has fallen t pieces - will look at form when I get back

    Dead warmup 150x1 160xf (got it above kneeds but couldnt lockout) 160xf

    Quick session back in the gym - i'm heading back to uni this weekend but until then will have no gym.
    Anyway, I haven't really changed weight on my Asian excursion, but muscle has gone down and fat has gone up.

    Squat 90 4 5 5 not bad, hammies still hurting though
    Row 60 555 ok
    Bench 60 555 ok, felt heavy
    Dead was tired 120x1 went for 140, got it above knees but no lockout.

    Anyway im going to move over to WS4SB, so i'll start a new log.
    SS has been fun, some nice gains but i'm giving it a rest for a while now, gonna try WS for at least 2 months.
