Yeah one thing I don't get is people thinking we don't need terry. He clearly stabilizes the back no matter who he's with. Luiz is clearly the most technical defender on the team and probably the best defender in terms of defending attributes but he can't organise a defence with his rashness, ivanovic can't either and they struggle to communicate with each other as well as terry does with his players. The same thing can be said for city's back four without kompany. No matter who kompany plays with(nastasic, toure and lescott) they do well together however take him out of the equation and the defence is a shambles.

We clearly need to be using terry more for big games and I don't know why he's out of favour. Oh and bertrand was good today, his crossing left alot to be desired but he went up and down the field and covered quite a lot when city were on the counter attack making vital interceptions.

Too bad City are becoming the new stoke - Happy that United have actually won the title now a dirty team like City don't deserve to be on the field.
Tbh we were a very physical team a few years ago with ballack, lampard, makalele, mikel, essien, drogba and others in the team. It's a problem when you have too many non physical players like that of our team. We really need some physical strength in midfield. The CM position notably and maybe getting oscar on the protein shakes might help too.

We should have gone for moussa sissoko in january he'd have been just what we needed.
