I'm going into archaeology/history with the intention of eventually doing viking/medieval studies. I'd like to do digs and eventually the academic route. But my question is that I want a tattoo to represent this part of my journey especially because I am so passionate about this and I am taking a huge risk going back to school for it. I want some kind of viking symbol or saying in the language.. but I can't get definitive answers on meaning and such. Any suggestions?
