    ketchup and mayo are both completely overrated. There is nothing that either of them could be put with than wouldn't be improved by a superior condiment.

    Yes.

    Mayo is a bit like tonic water, nasty on its own but good as a mixer. Garlic mayo, mustard mayo, sweet chilli mayo, etc.

    What is the food is already garlic-y or chilli-y? Then the mayo makes it perfect...

    Hot sauce! Especially Tabasco or this one called Cholula I had once, that was amazing.
    Sweet chilli sauce is also lush.

    Worcestershire sauce is incredible... love it on scrambled eggs, in bolognaise and in chilli... makes everything taste better, including soup! Nomnomnom!
