It's compulsory for my degree (I study French, Spanish and Russian). I didn't fancy going to a different French speaking country because of distance and accent. It's not (I'm at Aix-Marseille) but I hear that most French universities can be pretty disorganised! I'm sure you'll be fine though, I'm just a bit rubbish myself.
My first obstacle is getting the grades -.-

I got offers from Warwick and Bath but rejected them both as they were far too isolated when I visited them. Whereas Exeter is a 5 minute walk from the centre, a 15 minute drive to the beach, beautiful place, beautiful campus.... Just amazing in general
But what about the course?

Whats demotivating you? For me it's boredom

Warwick's course gives you a lot of freedom fo sho, but other than that there's not much difference, it's just more intense... I really have no idea why Warwick have their offers set so high...

Exeter's degree hooked me more because you can spend a term of your 2nd or 3rd year abroad and do your research there, so you get to chill out in another country AND unlike sandwichy stuff, it counts as like 60% of the marks for that year. Also it lets you specialise in mathematical biology for the 3rd and 4th years of MMath, which looks soo coool, and I get 2 years to decide what to specialise in for years 3 and 4, so there's no pressure to decide my future path as soon as I arrive there
My only problem is that some other unis the course may be a bit watered down, ad not as challenging (though I don't really want to be in such an isolated place as Warwick). I'm quite interested in other subjects so I'm debating whether to do Nat Sci (so I can do mathematical biology and other interesting topics), Maths, or Maths with Comp Sci.

None of them will be watered down don't worry, an MSci or MMath in Maths is worth the same wherever you go

You don't need physics, and if you don't meet the requirements then you can apply to a foundation year (which is 6yrs).

Feeling demotivated. Boyfriend sort of broke up with me but is the same on-off heartbreak that has been going on for the past few years of him. Trying to ease off my diet because I think I'm becoming a control freak and I've gained 6 pounds - it's so fast I know it's water weight but it still sucks and I feel huge. I'm going on a student holiday this year too and I feel massive. Not to mention, I'm going to uni and my older sister has been sick for a few years and she's had to put off university for a few years now and if I end up going to university and she doesn't I'll be ridden with guilt.

And like, I'm doing Spanish A2, scraped a B on the border last year but I am absolutely so bad at it. I took the subject as a dare, I scraped by my GCSE by memorising essays word for word. Didn't know the present tense until this year, no joke. I literally do not know the language and the speakings are in May. I'm screwed beyond belief, and I do not know what to do. Any advice would be appreciated.

Depending on what type of song genre, but if its rap I'd listen to Drake - Successful.
If not than maybe these songs to make me actually concentrate and have fun:
Bat for Lashes - Laura (though I'm not called Laura the song is powerful)
Sampha - Too Much
Asking Alexandria - Moving On
Mumfords & Sons - After the storm (and also White Blank Page)
Ben Howard ( he makes revision more enjoyable)
Bloc Party - Banquet

I feel demotivated and cant be bothered to do anything as a result.
Currently in year 12 and have not been doing enough revision (or started hard-core revision) as I feel I have left it too late. Someone please tell me it's not useless to start hard core revision now, I feel like everything i'm doing is futile. If just someone can tell me. My demotivation will go away and will revise like the is exam tomorrow.
