    How's it going for you atm now Pimped Butterfly ? Also jam277 hear you've started lifting. Things have gone sick for me since Ramadan started tbh, made all kinds of steps forward.

    Yeah I been lifting past few weeks. I only got a 20kg but I been improvising though. I have this pad for balancing so when I do squats without weights it feels like I'm using 80kg. Struggle to do over 10 reps on it without weights, yet I can do 100 squats no break.

    Started lifting day after Boxing Day. Used to do quite a bit of running, went for a run every night after work, usually around 2 miles, threw in a few 6 milers throughout the week too.

    My lifts ATM are (all 5 x 5)

    Squat - 50KG
    DL - 70KG
    Bench - 35KG
    OHP - 25KG

    That's all good form without compromise, none of this half-squatting **** I see people doing.

    Been lifting for about 7 weeks in total now.

    It's all about that high weight low reps for me. Brb naturally athletic build quick gains #SorryMom

    Bench - 80kg (Lift more than I weigh so happy with that) 5 reps x 3
    Deadlift - 100kg --- 6 reps x 3

    #MissionGoals:
    My Squat game is weak though, my balance is terrible so I'm trying to improve that.

    80KG Squat
    50KG Bench
    100KG DL
    40KG OHP

    Don't think I'll make the bench and squat, they are my weakest lifts, but hey. #MissionGoal
