I'm actually going to be applying for a Primary Teaching PGCE next year, is this typical of an ISFJ
LMAO 100%. Anything in the public sector that involves helping sick people, old people, vulnerable people, children etc. is 100% ISFJ work.

ISFJs are lovely people. I'm sure you'll be a nice teacher.

Relativity is absolutely mind-blowing. The whole concept of time as seen by relativity just blew my ****ing mind. I always found particle physics really interesting and I enjoy large-scale cosmology.

Mechanics and electromagnetism were always the fields I dreaded, but the more I went over them, the more I realized what I didn't like was my own lack of propensity in those areas. Magnetism and electricity always leave me feeling stupefied and lost.

tfw you realize you're not good enough to be a professional physicist. Feelsbadman....
:five: There are so many concepts within particle physics that are just...

They're the ones I enjoy! Mechanics is the one I was alright in, strangely..
That's how I felt about waves and electricity.I hated those.

Sad times. :emo: But life goes on and there's no time like the present so I'm just going to focus on that.

    Okay.
Damn, you're ruthless. I now dislike all INFPs (other than Shakespeare and Richard Pryor.)

    You guys suck.

You doing your A-levels? I'm on a gap year right now. I think in the end I'm glad I'm not a physicist. Ironically, I thought if I were an INTJ I'd definitely be a physicist. Don't give up so easily, unless you have something else in mind?

    Awwwww man.

PROS: Charismatic, extraordinary speaking skills, very good at inspring people.Typically extremely popular (Bradley Cooper, Jenifer Lawerence, Obama etc,)

CONS: Can appear fake and overly dramatic. Your enthusiasm and friendliness can appear inauthentic and OTT. Often come across as manipulative and show the faces you expect people will like (Drake for example.)

A type I'm neither fond of nor opposed to, very middling. No way near as awesome as your INFJ counterparts (sorry!)
I just love...people. I guess it might come across as fake though I'd like to think we genuinely do like to know people for who they are

    (Original post by Socratesfam)
LOL, I don't worry about hurting others' feelings cos' I'm ENTP masterrace.

But thanks for accepting my apology you INFPerior specimen. I have a tendency to rub INFP's up the wrong way.
Yeah...I guess unless it's in a debate say...with someone from the far right (As they rub me up the wrong way), especially if it's friends/family , then I guess I do care about that because tbh one valid criticism of me is that I take things to heart myself lol (Which is why I struggle with the insulting your friends = love banter)

Yep. :dontknow: I'm kind of just going with the flow tbh. Like I said before, I'm not that intelligent to do maths and physics again.

I'm pretty much obsessed with this ****, so if you tell me your type I'll guess what subject(s) you enjoy, what I like/dislike about people like you and generally psychoanalyze the **** out of you.

I shall reveal type if there's enough responses. You'll be freaked out by how accurate the test is...

You seem pretty genuine. As a guy who's pretty misanthropic it boggles my mind that people can be so interested in others but if it's genuine, awesome.

Oh, and Bradley Cooper is my man-crush, so fair play to you guys.

Misanthropy (but an occasional love of certain human for very brief periods - until we get bored) is quite common for ENTPs lol

AKA, I'm still a massive swot internally but I've fretted so much I just don't give a **** anymore.

Don't worry, I've been there. It gets better! Consider at least applying for Oxbridge though, even if it's not for science.

Basically yeah. It's mentally draining thinking about it at times.

Pffft, no way, I can't beat the competition.

psssssh, not with that attitude! If an ENTP plonker like me can apply, surely you have a chance. At any rate, make sure you don't adopt this defeatist mentality and think just because you may have fallen behind in your as levels or gcse's you're irredeemably screwed. Go HAM this year and you may very well qualify for a top 5 uni.
