How much work have you guys been given for the summer; and more importantly how much have you done?

I've got Geography, History and my Personal Statement, and I've done a tiny bit of Geography :/

Right, I need a bit of advice here:

For my ASs, I got BCCD in CompSci, Physics, History, and Maths (respectively). Of those, I am dropping History, and so go on to A2 with BCD in CompSci, Physics, and Maths. The problem is; I really want to go to the University of Exeter for CompSci, and they require ABB. I have found that it is possible to get my grades up to such if I retake some modules (Maths S1 - E and Physics G492 - D) I figure I can make it BBC, then move it to ABB with some work at A2 (the B is a high B).

With this in mind, would it still be worth applying to Exeter? Or would they flatly refuse me because of my BCCD AS grades?

Best thing to do is to get in contact with Exeter so you can get a direct response.

I've been given Maths and History as well as my PS. Done most of Maths and will be getting started on History tomorrow. My PS has been drafted once.

Can you do mine too? I've drafted my PS twice - but I was kinda aiming to get it done just before the opening of UCAS for 2014 to try and get an easier offer - I don't think I'm near that yet.

Haha, the effort it takes to do anything in the holidays is unreal. I hate working. :sigh: Same, I wanted to do that too. No chance now, though.

I got given some silly economics research project on the EU. It's annoying because it's not even relevant to the course. I haven't done it.
But I have done loads of maths and forgotten it all!! Yay!

I know the feeling. I have 6 books sitting in my room waiting for me to go through for quotes etc for my first piece of History Coursework, and then to write the rest of the piece of coursework before the second week of term. AAaahhh!
