Yeah, it's the same method pretty much as to what I and now Implication are doing, some external rotation and slightly leaning over hits side delts nicely

Feels alright on knees tbh. Never had a problem, I keep my feet high, toes over the top.

85kg (4kg gain in 6 weeks, injury feels)
5'10 and a bit
Bf% mid-high teens probably 10kg off being lean :lol:
