I thought this paper was alright. Good mix of standard format questions and some nice maths ones.
I think I've still done badly because I'm an idiot and messed up basic things.
So definitely can say goodbye to my A* now.
Hope you all did good :-)

I worked out charge by multiplying potential difference and total capacitance, then divided by time which is 1/frequency

Was working on a 10 question pace thinking i got time since Im going to fast. Ill just think a little more about each question in order to improve wording.

The BAM! Q11... Nice move OCR. You tricked me. Didnt have enough time to finish that question.

oh also I did the paper backwards, I always do that now. My best piece of advice for maths and science exams

Did all other Qs and checked them. Stopped at 10 and went back, then with 4mins left i realised Q11. Only did about half of it. To much panic to think.

What did people get as the age of the universe I got about 1.27x10^10 but I am seeing 1.4x10^10, but then again I dont really remember

Q11 was Hubble law. Thats the only Question that i didnt have to think about to answer.

For the capacitor discharge question, I did L quite low so when I did H it was basically touching the t-axis. I wrote a note saying 'does not touch axis', do you think this is okay?

what did you guys say for the question on the alpha particle and the aluminium nucleus? did you treat it as going close enough for strong nuclear to be repulsive or just for it to be largely attractive?
