Use the change in base rule and it will simplify in the end trust me, you may also have to use the power law as well when working with change in base rule

I know log9x can be written as 2log3 + logx, but then I don't know what to do from there

Oh i get it now, you need to use the base change rule on log9x to get it in terms of log3x

8. How similar are AQA, WJEC and OCR C4 papers to Edexcel? I'm at a loss as I've completed all of the practice, core, solomon and elmwood papers. Are there other papers available?

Try not to finish all the papers too early next time

I guess you could try those papers and see, they can't be too different.

You could try AEA Maths papers, if you want something a bit more challenging, but not too difficult.

Or maybe IB HL Maths past papers (avoid the questions that aren't in your syllabus), or something...
