I do feel the need to point out that some of the financial drops are a result of the complacency of the markets and traders. I have been struggling to understand their certainty for the past few weeks.

If Europe is so fragile that it couldn't handle one member of out 28 leaving then it's a good idea we got out before the whole thing collapsed.
No, I don't think that we're the entirety of the cause. I expect Greece, Spain, Italy, Denmark and maybe a few others to go. THEN things will go down the drain

I hereby want to give Britons a Standing ovation for the fight against tyranny they have won this glorious day.

It takes brass balls to put everything on the line, even when being threatened by the powers that be, to stand your ground in name of what is right. Many will not realize this but you have saved not only your country but much more in a global scale. My hats off to you.

    Rule, Britannia!

The question is how long a recovery will take. How many jobs will be lost, what a question to be asking.

Can I say this, we have just upset an entire continent. I think we have just completely f***ed the Europe Project for everyone. Expect the European Union to gradually dissolve. I think they'll ditch the euro too. Good luck with your future holidays
Do you honestly think the direction that the EU is heading in is a positive one?
The EU screwed itself over by being too ambitious when it branched out from being a free trade area. It's been slow to implement reform & only seems to be heading in one direction - a European superstate.

If the choice had come up to stay in a pre-1990s EU then the result would have been totally different.

Germany were our allies, that saddens me slightly since Britain and Germany have close historic ties. I mean of course it's not just all destroyed, but it's all so very disappointing.

Great reassurance there. Still you get to give the middle finger to foreigners so who cares right?
