    Yesterday was some upper lower reps

    Bench
    105kg for 3 sets of 5, really easy, up again next time

    Hammer Shoulder Press
    I think I had 65kg plates each side, 3 sets of 5, more weight next time just wrist was niggling a little bit

    Hammer Row
    70kg a side, 3 sets of 5. Bringing some chalk next time. More weight here.

    Rack Chins
    +25kg for 3 of 5. More weight next time.


    and some incline benching but didn't really keep track.





    Damn the gym is busy at around 7ish! Hence a lot of hammer machine use, though I do enjoy them. Some muppet loaded up the leg press and didn't bother taking the plates back too, hate it when people do that - especially when its busy.



    Legs tonight, lets hope I'm not sick again lol

    all fine, stack only goes up to 200kg so get that next week


    Leg press
    320kg x 5 x 5 x 10
    easy enough since I got 10 on the last set lol, up weight next time

    Hammer Hamstring kickback thingy

    Not sure the weight but there was no room for anymore, I think 140kg. The gym doesn't have 25kg plates so adding more weight is gonna be trouble, maybe get someone to sit on the machine

    Trying out these properly today

    x3 clean grip
    x5 cross grip
    x4 cross grip

    All easy, but stopped at 3 on clean grip because wrists were hurting bad :/ and stopped at 4 because it was rolling down my shoulders lol. I need to keep the elbows up, find it quite hard though.. I think ill do warm up sets with clean grip to get used to it

    20kg DBs 3 x 7 each arm - very easy

    Ham Curl

    explode, and verrry slow negative. easy more weight next


    Calves

    How are you finding the different grips? I'm trying to use clean when I can but find I still have to use cross when it gets really heavy

    Well I have problems with both at the moment lol

    Clean grip killed my wrists, though ill stick with it for warm-up sets see how that goes

    X grip the bar started to roll down towards end of set, but I just need to keep elbows up to prevent that

    Clean grip defo feels more stable though

    front squats again today, trying clean grip with 60kg, did about 7-10 sets can't remember

    getting more used to it now. I think its just getting the confidence to have the bar right up next to your neck lol

    People have died from the bar snapping and rupturing the throat at the bottom of heavy cleans. Why I'm scared to FS heavy at home on the bar adonis sold me lol

    Yeah he sold me 1" 7ft bar with 110kg in plates which feature in my garage lifting vids.... I get suspicious with anything over 140 - 150 on that bar.... why I only BS that weight because if it snaps it can't kill me?

    to be fair adonis can be trusted, he has delivered to me and a few other guys on the forum... though I'm not sure if bars equate to drugs lol
