    Im 5ft 4inch and am 8 stone 6.
    I'v put on half a stone! but i'm fine with this. Probably look healthier for it to be honest.

    At 60kg I'd look like I've come straight from a concentration camp- and I'm only 6'0.5! When I was 67kg/68kg I was very lean!

    :confused:i should probably take that as an insult?

    eh, i guess i just have a very small stomach. It makes buying clothes very difficult, though!

    male, around 6ft and 72kg (158lb).

    my target weight (from looking online, and making a thread on tsr) was 70-75kg, but i still look quite chubby so my new target is 65kg. when i hit that, ill go back to 70kg (or whatever weight) when i start strength building (i.e. adding muscle)
