    Vasoconstriction would not gain marks here. 1 mark for the word vasodilation and 1 mark for a brief explanation (blood redirected to the edge of the skin) and 1 mark heat radiated away.
    U also get a mark for naming the structure capillary loop/arteriole/blood vessel here...

    i know the exams done but the answers to structures A & B
    Structure A
    SWEAT GLANDS- on a hot day production of sweat increase, latent heat of vapourization from the body is used to evaporate the sweat and this brings about the cooling effect.

    Structure B
    CAPILLARY LOOP, SUPERFICIAL ARTERIOLES.- Superficial arterioles supplying blood to the skin dilates hence more blood comes to the surface and more heat is lost to the outside by convection and radiation.

    This is what i had crammed that our teacher had given us and this is exactly what i wrote.

    I think it's quite key that you write the water in the sweat evaporates as opposed to sweat in general.

    Here's what they had on the MS in 2010:

    vasodilation;
    arterioles;
    (blood vessels) dilate / get wider / eq;
    (more) blood to skin / surface;

    (more) sweat;
    (more) evaporation / water loss / eq;
