Nah. I probably will, but I'd do it for her rather than for myself.

I'd like to think so.. but who knows. Right now I'd like to focus on myself and my career.

I must say though hearing all these stories in both the 'celeb' world, and personal stories of long term partners getting divorced does make me question whether marriage is 1. Worthwhile and 2. Whether love really can last 'forever'.

There's too much emphasis put on marriage and having children. Women definitely feel pressured to have a family early because GOD FORBID if they have children in their 30's! ..Jeez, this is the 21st century, things have changed.

    Prenup.
It's a b*****d to even get a decent job with a degree this days and when you finally manage to take it and build something nice for yourself, get divorced because a woman gets bored of you and finds some other guy more "interesting" and then you become ruined because of whatever law.

So yes... "Prenup" would be, BUT how do quote this word to the lady without her just walking away?

So then what's the solution? Maybe just look for someone who's on the same level as yourself socially and financially...

How does TSR feel about marriage?

Do you know you definitely plan to get married? Or would you rather live with someone as a partner than a husband/wife?
Marriage is just a legal status. Nothing special about that. Especially when most marriage are highly likely to end before one of the two partners die. And if you are one of the lucky 25%, you will either spend your last years of life alone or you will die knowing that your partner will do.
