Do mindmaps and use revision cards - a different colour for each topic, also in terms of highlighting, less is more.

Tip: Use many different colours to highlight different kinds of information :smile:

Putting keywords, phrases etc in a different colour helps. Also sometimes it is better to keep things simple. If you ramble, you can get bored, or dispirited when reading them back, due to the amount that you've written.
