Well the current research indicates gender reassignment as treatment for extreme gender dysphoria so that's flat out wrong.
The primary reason for this is that it is considered cheaper and simpler to go through with the gender reassignment surgery than the psychological treatment.

If gender reassignment is "simpler" than other treatment then it's probably because the other treatments don't work. Which they don't.

Nope. I don't feel oppressed or discriminated in a first world for being a female. Feminism is outdated in the 21st century in a first world. The first and second wave of feminists already gotten all the rights a woman can get so basically you have third wave of feminists kicking a dead horse.

Nope. I see the direction parts of our society is taking and it worries me. I support equal opportunities for all, but positive discrimination remains discrimination and is therefore wrong.

    "Egalitarian" lol describes two things:

Someone who says they are for equality but when you pick apart a debate with them they really aren't.
Someone too afraid of feminism to say they are likely a feminist
Congratulations, you had just succinctly described the modern feminism.

I think one of the biggest contradictions that SJWs make now is that they say that someone can be born with a different gender to their biological sex, and yet at the same time they claim that gender is entirely a social construct.
I think people are often confused when they talk about being 'born' a certain way. I don't think they necessarily mean that they were literally born that way, but that they were determined to be that way from the day they were born due to factors outside their control - i.e. it's not a 'choice'.

    If not, completely agree.

I'm afraid I don't believe that you can be born the wrong sex, nor is gender a social construct (it's evolutionary, like the basis of all human behaviour). However, I have nothing against transgenderism. If a woman feels like she wants to be a considered a man then I'll happily go along with it. They're not hurting anyone and if it makes them feel more comfortable then that's great.
Do you reject the gender-sex distinction then?

I'm a feminist, an egalitarian, a men's rights activist and a trans activist. The labels don't have to be mutually exclusive.

Saying that, I prefer not to associate with those whose activism I don't support myself, whichever terms of those they ascribe to themselves. I'll go about supporting the rights of each person the way I want to and think is the most beneficial while being within my means, thank you very much.

Yes, absolutely. I'm a die hard feminist. I love feminism. I love my women to be simultaneously independent and infantile, and empowered and oppressed. I love a bit of bi-polar in my life. I frequently wake up in the middle of the night and curse my penis. It just dangles there, like the phallic oppressor it is, like a micro aggression waiting to happen. In my state of despair, I grab a whip and lash it ten times, to reinforce my self-loathing.
