You mean, what did LabLib to curb tax avoidance WHILST YOU WERE CHANCELLOR
No, I mean what did LabLib, you can't blame an entire government's inaction on me when I was hardly slacking whilst in the position.

We've talked about Daesh, Foreign Affairs and Defence. I don't see the Tories doing so.

Are you mad, what did the LabLib do in 6 months to curb tax avoidance?
Hold on a ****ing second - you were in the bloody coalition, you should know. If you're so obsessed with it why didn't you attempt to do this when you were in coalition?

I welcome the Tory plans to nearly eradicate tax avoidance, and I welcome their stance on taxes on consumption, I welcome their stance on lowering the taxes of the low paid.
    ahem - Socialists.

The Chancellor is the person that should be clamping down on it. Were you not the Chancellor for the best part of the term?

I'm not obsessed with it, and if I'm being frank, I didn't know how to. But there was an entire government there, some members a lot more economically literate than myself who'd rather pass the responsibility onto me when I was only made chancellor because I was the only member that could actually get something done.

    ahem - Socialists.
Of course, but there'd be no one with any wealth that can avoid paying their taxes under a socialist government

I was chancellor for not even 2 months, and I spent those trying to write a budget whilst simultaneously working over 60 hours a week.

Anyhow, my assessment of the manifestos..

Greens - A horrid and bland backdrop and very unimaginative policies. Also, there's nothing here on the environment.

Tories - A sturdy manifesto detailing our accomplishments in opposition and outlining some interesting policies.

Labour - While i wanted to hate your manifesto because the roses are horrid and it's like you put jam on top of your content (which includes defamatory remarks about Tories and includes RL) i do actually quite like the way the content was laid out. Simple but effective and with a different background you could imagine it being a leaflet.

Ukip - I get the impression that Hazzer basically gave you our defense policies and then somebody else stole a few of my now already enacted fishing ideas before you finally created your own environment policies (though i'd not be shocked if they were straight out of your RL manifesto). Marks for design but few for originality.

Liberals - Lazy design but okay policies. I will however point that your housing SOI may have passed, but not a bill. Infact i'm not sure other than brothels what you actually passed in bill form.

Socialists - I must admit that while i find the content repugnant i still do applaud you for the manifesto design. If it was new, you'd win the virtual prize for the design again.

You had over two months to get the finance bill sorted, even when it was rushed out it was costed using the budget figures. When they were shown to be wrong they weren't changed for a second reading. When the error was restated they still weren't fixed, and it failed.

You rushed something for the last week that should have been seen two months ago. A Conservative lead government will be seeing a Finance bill written amongst the budget and released as part of the budget.

There were a lot of members more economically literate than myself, and was I not asking for help, advice, whatever throughout the whole ordeal?

Over two months of disappearing Chancellors...

It was started as soon as the budget ended

I asked you to give me names. Who did you ask for help? All I and several other Liberals ended up doing was watering down things like you trying to raise Corporation Tax or United trying to scrap the Welfare Cap
