Providing other parties had to do similar then I doubt it would make a huge difference.
I think it would make things much less predictable.

The term 'labourite' still refers to members of the TSR Labour Party and RL Labour Party though, it's what brings them together in a cohesive fashion.

In the same way that in the TSR Tory Party, there are people with varying levels of social and economic liberalism, but they're still conservative, brought together under that banner.
Yes, the only thing that keeps them together is the name.

    This is pretty pathetic stuff.

Our positions are clearly outlined on the manifesto and I have clarified in this thread that we are centrist and unrelated to any RL party. The major previous NLP in RL was centrist and our centrist placement was elaborately detailed in our induction thread which you repeatedly posted in.

Either you have a brain like swiss cheese or you are being dishonest, which I would suggest is a better reason not to be elected than fronting an unorthodox manifesto.
No it isn't, nobody has any idea what you want to do next term, assuming you even have any seats or anybody is willing to submit anything for you

Not really. What keeps together is a belief in fiscal conservatism and defense policy plus a broad love of the market.

The only reason any stranger would think this is because you're saying so, which is precisely why you're saying it. How sad that a student forum is infected by the same pond life tactics as Westminster.

One tiny party that has never had electoral success versus another major party led by Lloyd George which won many seats and was at the head of one of the most significant governments we've ever had. No voter with half a brain would know of the latter but not the former, still less assume we must be an incarnation of the latter. Stop playing toy politics and join the big boys for an actual conversation.
I like the signature - Colin Farrell in In Bruges? That scene was brilliant

Although I must admit when I saw National Liberals I thought you were some kind of nationalist/right-wing party.

Also, the RL Nat Libs were liberal conservatives and national liberals (which, by definition, combines nationalism with some liberal policies).
And eventually merged with the Tories.

Bit of info. No idea if that adds or retracts from the argument

    congratulations to the winners:
PetrosAC, Rakas21, Andy98, cBay and jamestg all of whom had a standard error of only 6 seats!!! that is the exact same error which our mean acquired (all LTG's fault).

The surprise result this election was the socialist surge having a standard error of -2.1 their actual total.

    Is there a prize?

Also my TSR opinion poll was pretty much spot on with the exit poll
