Btw what's the grade boundaries for like all the units together? Like what's the minimum overall raw mark that you can get to have an A.

    Wtf is a carbocation ?
It's also called a carbonium ion. It carries a positive charge on a carbon atom

This is really knocking my head off :/
Lol I don't know I may be wrong. I know my explanations tend to be quite confusing lol - what don't you understand from what I said?

    Wtf is a carbocation ?
Idk how to explain but in an organic compound when one of the carbon atoms is an ion and has a + charge and only 3 H bonds.

The answer to that was : The intermediate carbocation is a primary carbocation.
idk man I was getting confused so I just wrote what I wrote.

What did you guys get for the reason why less of F will be produced?
I wrote that the secondary carbocation in the intermediate stage is more stable than a primary carbocation so F is the minor product.

No I think its only 1 for balancing. So you would get 1/2 for the question.

What about the diagram completion? I wrote anti-bumping granules and condensation for technique(Which I believe is wrong)
And the 3 modifications? I wrote Thermometer,Beaker/Flask and fractionating column(I think this is wrong as well)

i got like 20.277 kj , I divided it by # of moles which is 0.0515625

    got answer 393-
I got the same answer :/ Turns out I was wrong because there were square brackets around the equation :/ Like
    [ (0.39 x mass of copper something) + (4.2 x mass of water)] x T
    so it would be [ (0.39 x 300) + (4.2 x 400) ] x 12

Guys, what about the last one? 4 assumptions.

I wrote that the first two were not valid assumptions but the last 2 were.
I wrote that all were invalid except for the second last!
