How did everyone find the unit 4 exam today? I thought it was hard and didn't have many of the main topics that were on most of the past papers. Too many questions about peat bogs! I wasn't very confident about quite a few of the questions which is quite frustrating!

This exam didn't go as well as I would've liked it to go. It was my third attempt with me getting a D the first time, a C the 2nd which was shocking since I thought that I aced the exam.

I lost too many marks, especially in the multiple choice part, the mono nucleotide diagram threw me off. I chose the one where the base was attached to the right corner of the pentose sugar and the phosphate was attached to a different corner, but the corner it was attached to had a small circle on it.

That multiple choice on the number of amino acids got me as well, it was meant to be 6 or 8, I crossed out 6 and put 7 because I thought that there was a stop codon

The alveoli question and the last question got me bad, the 1 marker suggest questions on the cabbage got me too.

However I did manage to smash a few questions, I did get some multiple choices right, I got the percentage decrease right, I smashed the titration question, the artery one, the blood clot passage, the 50% value for the allele diagram, the triglyceride diagram, the polysaccharide one. I also scrounged quite a few marks from a lot of questions but I don't really know how to feel about this one. I'll be happy if I got a B in this but I really would like to improve from a C.
