Okay, thank you I'm just wondering because I don't want to give up my flat and start looking for accommodation in another country, only for them to then call me and offer me my other choice which would mean I don't have to move at all! I'm going to wait until the 12th May (deadline for accepting/rejecting offers) and see what happens then. I'm guessing when the formal offer comes in, and we accept that, then there will be no option of changing. Thanks for your help
Are you really unhappy with your current location offer?

Yes, hopefully Gwynne will reply to the numerous number of emails I am sure that have been received re this topic, and confirm things.

I have been offered my second choice, which I am fine with, but if someone rejected my first choice and I was the next highest ranked candidate, I would be overjoyed to be offered it. Not to sound ungrateful or anything. I am very excited to join the TSP.

Please do update us on any reply you receive.

I'm not really unhappy, like you I'm just mega grateful to have the opportunity and I have accepted the offer because the location will not stop me taking the role! If it's this choice or nowhere, I would 100% choose this. But I would have preferred one of my higher choices. I would just like to know if it's a possibility to be offered one of my higher choices, so that if not I can a) come to terms with where I am going and do some research and b) start preparing to move.

Totally understand where you're coming from. Fingers crossed for us, and hopefully you'll receive a reply next week from Gwynne.

Yes Bristol is a gorgeous city! If you or anyone else who got Bristol wants to chat ot meet up before hand or if you want advice on living areas etc let me know!
Hey, do you live in Bristol already?

Do you know what areas would be good to live in for Crescent Centre?

Not really sure what I'm looking for yet in accommodation but certainly want to find out more!

I do wonder what it would be like to live with other TSP people...maybe we would all get sick of each other haha.

I wasn't really fussed to be honest, I'm moving in from Portsmouth anyway. I know East London/Stratford much better though, so I'm pretty happy with the choice - I used to live near the Excel and commute into Picadilly, so I can go live somewhere near where I used to .
I'm in Southampton and planning to commute as it'll be so much cheaper. I take it you were also one of the unfortunate ones to find out Portsmouth was no longer an option at the assessment centre

Anyone currently on TSP and in Birmingham ISBC?

Would love some insight to the actual address where we are most likely to be working. Appreciate it can all change but I'll need to rent a room somewhere and walking to work appeals to me immensely to keep costs down.

You'll be in City Centre House on Union Street.

Nope. It'll drive me crazy waiting for an email that's highly unlikely to come through.

Never was! Well it seems there must be unfilled places in Glasgow, Cardiff and Belfast so anyone with these locations can maybe hope for an email.

Ah I take it you didn't accept any of the locations offered then, feel for you and hope you do end up with an offer!

I met the standard at AC but not in the top 200 so was not offered anything, I've only put down Newcastle which I believe is filled so unlikely to get an offer. At least you should be one of the first in line on the reserve list in a place does come up in London :-)
