This exam wasn't the hardest but I felt it was harder than the 2013 and 2012 papers. I cant think of a g485 paper with harder calculations then this one tbh.

I'm looking at about 70 marks, + or - 6 or so depending on the mark scheme. I need 96 UMS to get an A overall, how's this looking? A lot of people have said this exam was easy so thinking high grade boundaries might make it tight for me, especially if I get approx 64...

By 90% do you mean for an A*? I thought it was 90% UMS in the A2 modules for an A*?
EDIT: Not sure how I felt about the difficulty. Hopefully I got an A overall though.
No, just 90% UMS in the AS.
It wasn't a difficult paper, I crossed out the right answer on a few questions.

I'd hate to find out I got an A in the exams but a C in the coursework.

But I am marking harshly so fingers crossed.

well 64 would be a B ... or definetly a high C.
So that is easily 96 UMS.

Wasn't that easy, the calculations were deceivingly difficult and some of the explanation questions were quite tricky too, will say same grade boundaries as last year. Remember that in the years before June 14 both units weren't examined together making it a tad easier

I'm in the same boat, need a 100ums to be comfortable that i got an A (assuming the other exams play along).
but I think I only got around 65 (+-3) in this exam.

Are you confident about that? A lot of past papers have 64 as mid/low C 😖

In Physics I'd say so, not so much with Chemistry (F324 was a nightmare). And Maths I didn't see the damn last question on C3... hoping they'll let me in with one A* though.
Ah unlucky! Yeah I heard about that OCR Chem... I'm sure they will to be fair can't wait!

Hi 5s
I'm very hopeful I managed the A* in maths but not in physics
Wooooo! Have you applied for accommodation yet? Aha that's alright then I guess! Manchester give damn-tough offers but are pretty lenient so I've heard...
